Precise and costant feeding

Large augers convey perfectly the forage to the rotor, which with only 2 rows of teeth delicately treats leaf products. The CUT rotor, equipped with 3 rows in high resistance HARDOX teeth, performs a 70 mm сut with 15 knives which can be exluded hydraulically directly from the tractor cab. When it is necessary the cutting can be performed with only 7 knives.

Perfect bales, high quality forage

The press chamber consists of 3 robust endless belts or 5 belts with clips for the SMART version, which ensure perfect feed grip and reduce leakage of the product.

Using terminal located in the tractor cab you can set the diameter of the bale from 80 cm to 170 cm and its density. When you need is possible to obtain the soft core up to a diameter of 150 cm, thanks to the combined action of the two folding arms.

Fast and efficient binding

The binding system works excellent with speed and precision, performs a perfect bale winding and maintains the optimum tension of the net thanks to direct braking of the rubber roller. Also the frontal space for net make easier loading and unloading of the net roll

High comfort, everything is under control

There are many possibilities to customize the pressing and binding parameters with the advanced M700 control system. The use of the terminal is simple and intuitive: everything is under control with the color graphics interface, information is displayed in a single screen. The ECU control unit is robust, has an advanced diagnostic system and an emergency mode that allows you to continue working without the terminal via preset programs (not available for SMART). The power absorption by the system is minimal and the software can be updated via USB.

All Mascar round balers are protected by a high quality painting that awards resistance and exceptional aesthetic finishing.
