DISC HARROWS

The TAL-C disc harrow is recommended for light and medium types of soil for post-harvest cultivation and as a unit to complete the process of pre-sowing cultivation. Thanks to independently mounted 560 mm diameter notched discs, each protected by a leaf spring suspension, the machine can be operated on stony soils. The TAL-C discs are mounted at preset angle to penetrate the soil well whereas maintenance-free oversize hubs provide exceptional durability. TAL-C may be equipped with wide range of options: rollers, scrapers, transport chasis, seeders, ect.

TAL-K designed for effective stubble cultivation after harvest. Perfect for mixing slurry and crop residues.
Recomended for stony conditions. The –K machine has an integrated transport chassis, located inbetween disc and roller sections. This arrangement ensures good weight distribution, ensures even pressure on the ground, while reducing unwanted vibrations of the machine. 5-year warranty, maintenance free disc hubs are mounted to the robust leaf springs, allowing great disc travel & exceptional. The machine’s standard equipment includes hydraulic depth adjustment. There are many options to choose from: various discs, tine screens, traffic lights, brake systems, oversize tires, different rollers and more.

The GAL-E disc harrow is designed for post-harvest and pre-sowing cultivation, both with and without tillage. The unit can also be used for mixing catch crops or cultivating uncultivated areas with tall, self-seeded plants. Like all Mandam disc harrows, also GAL-E is equipped with 5-year warranty maintenance free Mandam quick release disc hubs. Unlike the GAL-C version, the GAL-E disc harrow features arms on cylinders that hydraulically lift the roller during transport & storage. Additionally, the center distance between the disc rows has been reduced to 800mm, making the entire machine more compact, facilitating transport, storage and maneuverability.

GAL-C compact disc harrows with two rows of 560mm boron steel notched discs mounted on maintenance free fully sealed bearing hubs. Working units mounted to the frame by means of rubber suspension rollers. Many optional accesories available as variety of rollers, scrapers, screens and more.

GAL-M

The GAL-M disc harrow is designed specifically for a direct slurry application. This machine is based on the proven GAL-C design with 900mm row-to-row spacing, and 5-year warranty maintenance free Mandam disc hubs.

The three- or four-point suspension system ensures quick and efficient aggregation with various types of slurry tankers. As standard, the machine is equipped with a reduced number of discs set in a 395mm spacing, which allows for a smooth flow of crop residues and proper covering of natural fertilizer.

The GAL-M harrow is equipped with a slurry distributor holder and slurry distribution hoses and nozzles. 

The disc harrow is available in widths of 3m (non folding), and 4m, 5m, 6m hydraulically folded. Front support wheels are standard equipmens, while rollers are an option. There are several optional rollers to choose from.

Mandam GAL-K trailes disc harrows are offered at working widths from 4 to 12 m for tractor power ranges between 150 and 500 HP. Models with working widths up to 6 m are available with an integrated chassis placed between the second row of discs and the tillage rollers. Models with widths of 8/10/12 m have a separate carriage with one (8/10 m) or two (12 m) drive axles.

 

Quick replacement maintenance free hubs have a 5-year warranty. They also feature adjustable his solution minimizes the risk of machine clogging. The disc hubs are maintenance-free and have a 5-year warranty (without a limit on he number of hectares worked). As standard, the customer receives a hydraulic folding lock, hydraulic adjustment of the working depth and a hydraulically folded chassis.

 

The machine has plenty of options, such as: 6 types of discs, 10 types of rollers, transport lighting, homologation package, tine screens and more.

GAL-K HD

GAL-K XL

GAL-K XL is our new model of trailed disc harrow, designed for middle power tractors.

 

The unique feature of XL range is a three-section frame folding mechanism, while other MANDAM disc harrows fold in two.

This provides compact transport size for machines up to 7,5m working width, with no need to use dedicated transport chassis, which is necessary for 8, 10 and 12m machines.

Roller sections have an independent folding mechanism, bringing more balance to the entire structure.

Disc row spacing is enlarged to 1000mm, which also improves working quality in harsh conditions.

The hydraulic working depth control, chassis suspension and 620mm wide wheels are a standard equimpent.

 

Maintenance free MANDAM hubs with 5-year warranty, together with variety of available discs, provide outstanding working efficiency.

WN TANDEM KNIFE ROLLER

WN TANDEM KNIFE ROLLER is a machine designed for intensive shredding of plant material (straw, crop residues, stubble, catch crops) along with crushing and partial covering. This accelerates the decomposition of residues, which facilitates further work on crops.


The working depth of the machine is 2-3 cm (knife recess). The working tool of the tandem knife roller is a straight or special knife made of HARDOX steel. The knives are installed on two ø460 mm rollers with a different number of rows, thanks to which the cutting marks of the cooperating rollers do not overlap.


The working speed and low resistance of the roller allow for high efficiency, while maintaining low fuel consumption.

WN TANDEM HD KNIFE ROLLER

WN HD TANDEM knife roller is a reinforced version of the standard WNT machine designed for work in the most difficult conditions, equipped with a double ø 560 mm roller and HARDOX guillotine knives.

 

The top cover is standard. The purpose of the roller is intensive shredding of plant mass along with crushing and partial covering. This accelerates the decomposition of residues, which is conducive to further work on postharvest crops. 

The working depth of the machine is 2-3 cm (knife depth).

 

In the HD type machine, a high degree of shredding, crushing, and mixing of residues is achieved thanks to the use of an aggressive knife mounted on two rollers with a different number of knife rows on the circumference of the roller (7-row and 8-row roller). Thanks to this, during the passage, there is no overlap of cutting marks by cooperating rollers.

 

This allows the roller to be used in demanding working conditions.

POWER HARROWS

GARDA

Mandam GARDA is a heavy-duty power harrow built to prepare the ultimate seedbed with exceptional efficiency. Its robust 12mm reinforced steel chassis and solid tungsten-steel tines deliver unwavering performance in both compacted and challenging soil conditions. Double blade rotors with 3 reinforced bearings and elongated splined shaft overlap provide an outstanding stiffnes and durabulity. Rotor stone protection is a standard equipment.

Available in 2,5 & 3,0m width — with 10 or 12 double blade rotors and a packer roller. Supports tractors ranging from around 90 hp to 250 hp.

GARDA features:

Available as a GARDA COMBO – a combination of power harrow and a pneumatic seeder unit.

The pneumatic seed drill with two low-mounted distribution heads, large hopper, low air pressure system is powered by a hydraulically driven fan (minimum flow rate: 40 L/min). Two electrically driven metering units (1 to 300 kg/ha). The seed drill is fitted with grain flow sensors and, optionally, an automatic tramline control system. The unit is managed by an X4 controller with a color touchscreen display (ISOBUS is optional). A single (SD) or double (DD) disc coulter, with rubber press wheels are aviailable. Independent downforce adjustment (up to 45 kg). The row spacing of 12.5 cm and 15.0 cm.

SUBSOILERS

MGX

The MGX is a subosiler with a shear bolt tine protection.

 

Each tine It is equipped with a straight shank and one of 6 available replaceable cutting sharepoints.

 

The tine adjustable brackets allow to rearrange tine pattern arcoss the frame to mach individual requirements (i.e. to match tractor tracks).

 

The MGX line contains two frames (2,2m and 3,0m wide) which are equipped with a desired number of tines (2,3,4, or 5).

There are few support rollers to be added as an option.

 

The MGX is an agricultural machine designed for loosening and aerating the soil to a depth of up to 60 cm to improve its physical and biological properties. Aeration and irrigation of the lower layers of soil obtained through subsoiling provides an excellent agrotechnical effect and has a beneficial effect on the development of plants that have a deeper root system.

 

The MGX subsoiler used immediately before the seasoning treatments has a good effect on the soil structure and improves the conditions for the development of root crops.

MG

The MG subsoilers are designed for deep soil opening without opening its layer. They enable better moistening and and drainage in the surface layer of the soil.

 

Available roller (MGW) provides better working depth control, while optional moles, improve field drainage.

MGP

Subsoiler MGP is designed to work with an active cultivating machines for one pass deep cultivation without layer opening.

 

Subsoiler MGP enables better moistening and drainage in the surface layer of the soil. Using MGP with active units for top layer before seeding increases the crop.

DIG

DIG is a new line of Mandam subsoilers. Equipped with non-stop hydropneumatic tine protection.


DIG machines are designed for the most demanding working conditions.


The tine and swingarm are borrowed from our well-received and proven in operation chisel plough GROT.


The DIG series offers three available combinations of tines with stepless adjustment of the spacing.

GROT

GROT is available in two working widths with a choice of shear bolt or nonstop protection (NS type) versions.


GROT chisel plows are a great alternative to a traditional plow. They make it quick and cheap work replacing the traditional plow. Chisel plows can work at great depths (approx. 55 cm), even in extremely difficult soil conditions.


When chisel plows work at a great depth, hard soil layers are torn off, the soil is loosened, and crop residues are covered.

 

Working system consists of adjustable side wing shares, replaceable shin blades and reversible sharepoints.

 

Double spike roller section provides better field compression and aeration. Hydraulic working depth adjustment is a standard GROT equipment. There are few paid options available such as: folding side rollers (recommended for 7-teeth versions), reinforced sharepoints, traffic LED lights.

CULTIVATORS

KUS

The KUS cultivator comprise a wide range of machines designed as a robust frame with two beams.

The type of machines is used for pre-sowing and pre-planting cultivation as well as for stubble cultivation as they achieve excellent results thanks to perfectly performed undercutting and mixing of post-harvest remains.

 

Two rows of tines, alternating settings of of 465 mm diameter notched discs and a wide range of rollers to choose from guarantee high quality of post-harvest cultivation.

The TOP cultivator is an alternative for two-beam stubble cultivators. Short cutting plough shares placed in three rows and 465 mm diameter notched discs suspended on the roller’s frame, ensure perfect mixing of post-harvest remains.

 

High clearance between the frame and the ground (approximately 80 cm) allows operation even on high cut stubble of cereals or maize without the risk of clogging the machine. The TOP cultivator can be employed in post-harvest and deep cultivation (up to 30 cm when wing shares removed) as well as in sowing aftercrops.

TOP-S version is equipped with a double protection spring protection mechanism that improves its work during deep cultivation on a stony fields.

As with all our cultivators, wide range of rollers is available as an option.

SPEC HD

Spec HD (heavy duty) is the tougher version of regular SPEC cultivator. That three row cultivator is designed for stubble cultivation and tillage.

 

Equipped with double spring proteciton with updated swingarm geometry, is able to withstand much greater ground preassure than the regular machine. Minimal activation imput force is 550 kg per tine, which allows, after removing detachable wingshares, aggressive tillage as deep as 30cm.

 

Variety of press rollers to choose from, different toughness points and profiled tines, fulfill the image of the tough while universal machine.

RHINO

The RHINO CHISEL CULTIVATOR is designed for stubble (up to 12 cm) and no-tillage cultivation (up to 35 cm depth).
Available at working widths of 4.50 m and 6.00 m. The use of right- and left-side moldboards increases the intensity of
stubble mixing, which reduces the intensity of phenolic compounds that negatively affect the development of cereals in the following year.


The use of the RHINO cultivator for deep no-till cultivation eliminates the need for ploughing, which reduces costs,
eliminates the risk of an excessively compacted soil layer and increases the possibility of timely completion of treatments.
The machine is equipped as standard with four rows of tines with double spring nonstop protection with an activation force
of 650 kg per tine. Tine section is followed by cuttiing disc assembly. There are plenty of tillage rollers, tine screens, and a
few accessory share points to choose from.


Each RHINO features: adjustable front support wheels for better working depth maintain, oversized 600/40/22’5 tires on a
hydraulic adjustable chassis, and a braking system. The simultaneous machine height adjustment system is an option.

SUPER

The SUPER cultivator is dedicated to shallow cultivation. It works very well when mixing crop residues at a maximum depth of up to 15 cm.

 

Spring tines 70×12 arranged in 4 rows with the possibility of using different working coulters ensure effective undercutting, loosening and even distribution of residues.

 

Additionally, the possibility of using a tine screen in front of the roller ensures leveling of the field after passing the unit. A variety of working rollers, to choose from the palette of proposed ones, provides convenience of their adjustment to different soil classes.

PRESOWING - SOWING

GAL COMBO

SEEDING COMBINATION GAL COMBO We’re offering a combination of the compact disc harrow and a pneumatic seed drill.

 

Mandam made GAL-P 3,0m wide disc harrow is equipped with shortened hub assemblies and smaller 465mm diameter notched discs. Such a configuration provides a lower center of gravity. GAL-P comes with hydraulic depth adjustment (HRGP) and 5-year unlimited warranty hubs as standard.

 

There are three rollers to choose from: Packer 600, Rubber500 or Disc 600mm. Pneumatic seed drill (italian made) is designed for perferct integration with our disc harrow. Due to the low location of distribution heads and short feeding tubes this seeder has outstanding accuracy in seed delivery. Each coulter section has individually adjustable ground pressure up to 45 kg pre unit (to compensate tractor tracks soil compression).

 

There are 24 seeding units on 3m width 12,5cm spacing. Single- or double-disc coulter units are available. Easy adjustable distribution units allow operation in a range from 1 to 300 kg/Ha (feeler adjustment). The manual section cut off system is standard, while the electromechanical tramline management is an option. Recommended operation speed of 11-14 km/h. Minimal oil flow of 40l/min with direct return is required.

MWC

The Campbell MWC/MWW rollers are intended for cultivation. Mounted on the front three-point hitch of the tractor.

 

Their main function is to compact and smooth the field before or during sowing, compress and maintain soil moisture and improve its structure.

 

Mandam Campbell cast wheels are available in three diameters: 700, 800 and 900 mm.

 

Additional, individually height adjusted, knife cultivator section is standard on M WW models.

MCB

The Cambridge MCB/MCW rollers can be used for post-harvest works to speed up the process of straw and harvest rests decay.

 

Then can also be used on grassland and meadows.

 

Their main function is to smooth the field, maintain soil moisture and improve soil structure.

 

The Cambridge cast-iron 525 mm diameter wheels serve as working elements.

 

Additional, individually height adjusted, leaf spring cultivator section is standard on MCW models.

MCB SWING

The SWING version of Cambridge rollersoffered by MANDAM is characterized byside sections mounted in an oscillatingmanner, which allows for better groundcopying.

 

The MCB SWING roller is offeredin widths of 4.5, 6.2 and 8.0 m with castiron wheels with a diameter of 525 mm.

 

Options for this machine include LEDlighting, EU homologation package andSKAN leveling board (shown), withmechanical or hydraulic adjustment.

STAR TANDEM

STAR roller – intended for cereal crops, but also perfect for themaintenance of grass and pastureland. Due to angeled multi egde aggressive ring profile, deliveres great crushing and pressing action. Self cleaning and low rolling resistance are also worth mentioning features.

 

Two sizes of rings 500 and 550mm provide multilayered soil compression available with STAR roller.

 

STAR Tandem unit utilizes two 550 mm overlaped rollers for better coverage and feeiciency.

BEST

The BEST cultivator is an efficient pre-sowing unit equipped with 5 rows of tines with a dense 8 cm spacing, which ensures intensive crumbling and mixing of the soil at the entire working depth.

 

There are few front, fem middle and fer rear working sections available. By choosing a desired combination, customer may build his own BEST configuration.

 

This design improves the structure of the seed layer, promoting germination and plant development. The increased number of tines increases the machine’s throughput, allowing for faster and more efficient work even in difficult conditions. BEST is a universal and configurable machine, ideal for both light and heavy soil.

FLEX

Pre-seeding cultivator FLEX is a well proven unit, designed for a seed bed preparation. Available in several working widths from 3 to 6m, as a carried unit (FLEX), or a trailed one (with transport chassis – FLEX-K).

 

Machine consists of 6 independent working sections, which provide effective seed bed preparation. First section of adjustable track erradicators, is followed by the second one – 355 mm diameter string rollers.

 

Behind, there is a section of 3-ranks of 32x10mm tines (straight or sweep sharepoints available) with independent working depth adjustment.

 

Light adjustable leveling board is the fourth section of the machine, while two rollers following – the first one is a 300mm diameter string roller, with 400mm crosskill roller behind, make 5th and a 6th. All working sections have a swing mechanism, providing great field shape copying.

GRASSLAND

EKO-WIR

The rotary harrow EKO-WIR is designed for soil care. The harrow is primarily used for loosening the soil and mechanically removing weeds. During this procedure, the effect of enriching the soil culture with oxygen, nitrogen and other nutrients is also achieved, which are very important for obtaining an ideal substrate for plant growth from the very beginning.

 

The harrow can be used on any type of crop, including sunflower, corn, beets, etc. and works well on all types of soil, especially on very dry soils. The unit can also be used to mix fertilizers or herbicides with the soil.

 

The working elements are star wheels with a standard diameter of Ø540 mm, set in a tandem arrangement on a swinging arm amortized with 8 spiral springs, thanks to which it is possible for the wheels to deflect and adjust to the field surface during work.

 

Thanks to this, the machine ensures quick and effective field care. EKO-WIR harrows can be optionally equipped with support wheels ensuring adequate support for the machine during work and when turning the machine.

HYBRO

Based on three section frame, where middle section has a built in hitch frame, while two side frames are folding by use of hydraulic cylinders.

 

HYBRO comes in working widths – 3,4,6 and 8 meter.

There are two working sections of the machine.

Three row drag harrow comes first, hanged freely from top of the frame, to provide great ground copying and lots of clearance.

Drags are followed by three row tine section.

Equipped with 10 mm thick, height adjustable spring tines, allows stepless adjustments of the machine.

 

While at work, first drag subsection is responsible for leveling the surface, smoothing animal excrements and removal of molehills. Tine section rakes and cleans the meadow. It also improves air and water circulation which stimulates a growth, eliminates weeds and prepares the surface for seeding. Working with HYBRO provides optimal and complete grassland and meadow care.

HYBRO may be equipped with an electric or pneumatic grass seeder and/or Cambridge roller section. HYBRO design is registered and protected by utility patent no. W.122-470 & 1280-01G DE.M.

EKO-FINGER

The EKO-FINGER weeder is designed primarily for raking turf and leveling molehills, as well as for cultivating fields, where it is used to destroy weeds and break up the crust on the surface of the soil during grain, corn or beet cultivation.

 

By using a special adjustment of the angle of attack of the working field teeth, it is possible to properly adjust the angle of the machine’s work. Additionally, the use of suspended working fields of the machine means that during work, each field adapts individually to the surface of the field being processed and allows for increased efficiency of its processing.

MBS

The MBS straw harrow is a machine designed mainly for post-harvest cultivation, to work at a depth of 2-4 cm. It interrupts soil evaporation and retains moisture in it, mixes and crushes crop residues, accelerating their decomposition and stimulates weed seeds to germinate, and weeds that have already germinated are destroyed. It helps to reduce the population of snails by destroying their nests. MBS can also be used after other crops, e.g. after discing to level the field and destroying weeds, e.g. 1-3 weeks after discing.
